(York County) Forecasters say remnants of Tropical Storm Fay could douse Upstate South Carolina with up to six inches of rain.  That would be good news for the extremely drought stricken area if it weren't for the flood warnings that accompany it.  According to the National Weather Service, Greenville, Oconee, Pickens and Spartanburg counties have been placed under a flood watch through this morning.

(Rock Hill) A 4 million dollar indoor cycling arena for professionals and amateurs alike, could be coming to Rock Hill in a few years if funding and approval is granted. Monday Night, City Council agreed on a Memorandum of Understanding between Rock Hill and the Carolina Velodrome Association. While Carolina Velodrome Association has agreed to fund a minimum of $500,000 of the project, that leaves 3.5 million dollars left of public and private dollars,

(Rock Hill) A Rock Hill man died after hitting a tree early Saturday morning in York County. The South Carolina Highway Patrol said the man ran a stop sign at the intersection of Oakdale Road and Highway 274 just after 1 a.m. He was airlifted to Carolina's Medical Center, where he died just before 4 a.m. Troopers said he was not wearing a seat belt and that they are waiting on the results of a toxicology report to find out if the man was under the influence of alcohol. Troopers have not released the man's name.

(Chester) A fight over a boy has now resulted in the death of a Chester County Teenager. Following her injuries sustained in a hit and run wreck on August 14th, Felicia Pardue is dead. Pardue died Friday morning at Carolinas Medical Center as a result of severe head injuries. 20 year old Adriene Lucas was originally charged with assault and battery with intent to kill, however the charge is now upgraded to murder. Lucas allegedly rammed her car into Pardue as she was trying to get into the back door of a vehicle that stopped to pick her up.

(Lancaster) Police and state troopers spent Wednesday night trying to find a driver involved in a deadly hit-and-run in Lancaster, S.C. Police say Markedious Deandree Hood, 25, of Lancaster ran over 68-year-old John F. Haver as he was riding a motorcycle near the intersection of Highways 521 and 903 at about 7:30 p.m. Police say Hood then ditched the car and ran.  Haver died of head trauma as a result of the crash said Lancaster County Chief Deputy Coroner Karla Knight.
